How far out are you scheduling?
We can usually get you scheduled within a week. During our busiest season (May–November), we recommend booking 2–3 weeks in advance to ensure your preferred time.
How should I prepare for my window cleaning?
If possible, please move any items away from your windows—especially small or fragile items. While not required, it helps us work efficiently and protects your belongings. If excessive furniture or item moving is needed, additional charges may apply.
Do I have to be home during the cleaning?
It depends! Our Premium and Platinum packages require access to your home's interior. If you opt in for a Standard clean and your home had screens accessible from the exterior, then we can clean your windows without your needing to be present. Should I reschedule if it’s raining?
Again- it depends! We’re happy to work in light rain. Rain doesn't make windows dirty- dirt does. However, if you'd prefer to reschedule, we’ll move your appointment to the next available date—which may be 2–3 weeks out during peak season.
Why do windows look dirtier after it rains?
It’s not the rain—it’s often the dirt and buildup that was already there. Clean windows don’t attract spots. Once your windows are properly cleaned, rainwater will just run off or evaporate without leaving marks. We actually use pure water to rinse your exterior windows to finish our clean which is just like rainwater! However, during bad storms streaks can happen from turbulent debris- if that's the case, don't forget we have a rain guarantee that covers you for three days after your clean!
What weather stops you from working?
We won’t clean windows in heavy or prolonged rain, thunderstorms, high winds (especially on second-story work), or near-freezing temperatures (Windchills nearing 32°F).
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Square, Zelle, Venmo, cash, and check.
